An internationally recognized music program for children is joining with a local preschool next fall. Bright Beginnings, offered at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, will feature Music Together once a week. Music Together is taught by Aimee Simons. It is recognized internationally and has been offered since 1987 using research-based, developmentally appropriate early childhood curriculum. At Carnegie Public Library, a group of parents work with their children on Fridays, learning fun, play-along ditties. Simons has a chest full of instruments and a large repertoire of songs she brings to the sessions.
