AUBURN — Saturday at 10 a.m., tai chi practitioners in Auburn’s Hall of the Changing Dragon waited for a wave of energy to come their way from the east. As the hour changed, it became their turn to participate in World Tai Chi and Qigong Day. They joined people practicing Tai Chi continuously for 24 hours in 60 nations on six continents.
